The family welcome everyone to his ceremony on 21st April 2015 at 3.15pm in the Milton Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham to celebrate his life, gathering afterwards at the Black Horse, Great Missenden. No flowers thank you. Donations for the Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity gratefully received.
